TheXML® is a profiling tool and maintenance of monolingual thesauri, multilingual, poly-hierarchical taxonomies (flat, hierarchical, network, or faceted thesaurus) controlled vocabularies with different levels of complexity, thesauri and ontologies. That is, the order of the barriers between the users and information. Also enables the generation of reports alphabetic and systematic, with full user customization, and integration with search tools, such as the Share Point, Fast Search, Google, Vivísimo, among others. This ensures a unique search experience. Its interface was planned according to the major world usability practices, with WEB 2.0 oriented application. It is one of the best and most important Thesaurus management tools already developed in the world.
TheXML® follows the ISO 2788, 5964 and 25964-1 standards. It is the result of over 20 years of Via Appia’s experience on Information Science, leveraging on the best results achieved in several international tools. In addition to fit the ISO standards, the user has the flexibility and freedom to create other terminologies, using any other standards.
To enable an intelligent use of terminologies, TheXML® provides a wide range of Web Services for integration with other company or organization systems, so it is possible to index practically all kinds of information. The result can be seen with more agility in processes, communication efficiency, dynamism between systems and above all, total security.
